Kate Campbell is a fantasy author whose novels are inspired by made up worlds of wonder and magic. From a young age, Kate loved to write and would spend most of her free time writing adventure stories. These days, she still loves to write adventures but now uses them as an opportunity to delve into the limitless world of fantasy too.
After a childhood spent travelling around Europe with her family, she has now settled with her husband in Scotland. There she has a smallholding filled with all sorts of animals that take up a great deal of her time. It’s a lifestyle she didn't expect to love as much as she does, but she claims it also allows her time to properly concentrate on her writing. Kate Campbell's book, The Whisper of Calaresp, will be released in 2020. |

It’s a bitterly cold winter’s day and the snow is coming down hard as Louise decides to take her dog Barney for a walk in the local forest. It’s a walk she knows well. However, something is different today… Something is sinister. There is a feeling in the air that isn’t natural, and Barney has felt it too. But with thousands of wreags and other creatures at his disposal, and a lust to steal the Whisper to gain its powers, Brisheit has no intention of relinquishing his position easily. |
